How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Servingboots Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Servingboots Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Servingboots Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@servingboots.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Send It

Expect an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
